Return Policy
At Portofino Flooring, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees.
To qualify for a return, products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in good condition. All paperwork, parts, and accessories should be included. Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return since our shipping expenses are often higher than the discounted rates provided during checkout.
We do not accept returns on moldings, or accessories such as underlayment and glue. Any flooring that has been installed is not eligible for return.
