What types of wood flooring do you offer?
Portofino Flooring sells four flooring types: SPC vinyl, WPC vinyl, laminate, and engineered hardwood. All products ship nationwide across the contiguous United States. We do not sell solid hardwood.
- SPC vinyl: from $3.75/sq.ft — 100% waterproof, lifetime residential warranty
- WPC vinyl: from $4.15/sq.ft — Waterproof surface layer 50 year residential warranty
- Laminate: from $2.99/sq.ft — waterproof up to 300 hours, lifetime residential warranty
- Engineered hardwood: from $7.99/sq.ft — real wood veneer, refinishable, 25 year residential warranty

Can I place a custom order for flooring?
Portofino Flooring operates as an online retailer. We do not offer custom orders at this time. If you need a product or specification not available on our website, contact us at inquiries@portofinoflooring.com and we will do our best to help.

What is the average delivery time for orders?
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery time depends on your location and order size.

Do you offer installation services?
We supply top-notch materials for your projects. Although we don’t offer installation services, we’re confident you’ll love our products!

What is your return policy?
You may return flooring within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees. Products must be in their original unopened packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not accept returns on moldings or accessories such as underlayment and glue. Installed flooring is not eligible for return. Contact inquiries@portofinoflooring.com to initiate a return.

Can I order samples of your flooring products?
Yes. Portofino Flooring provides free 12-inch cuts from real planks so you can see the true color and feel the texture before committing to a full order. You pay only for shipping. Order samples at portofinoflooring.com/pages/order-sample

Do your products come with any warranties?
All Portofino flooring products come with manufacturer warranties:
- SPC vinyl: lifetime residential, 25 year commercial limited
- WPC vinyl: 50 year residential, 10 year commercial limited
- Laminate: lifetime residential, 5 year commercial light
- Engineered hardwood: 25 year residential limited

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

Do you offer financing options?
We do not currently offer financing. Our pricing starts at $2.99/sq.ft with free samples available so you can try before you buy.

What should I do if I receive damaged goods or an incorrect order?
Contact us immediately at inquiries@portofinoflooring.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Are your products waterproof?
SPC vinyl is 100% waterproof — suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and any room in the home, SPC vinyl starts at $3.75/sq.ft with a 20mil wear layer. Laminate is waterproof up to 300 hours, making it suitable for dry areas and able to handle everyday spills when cleaned up promptly. Engineered hardwood is moisture resistant but not waterproof and should not be installed in high-moisture rooms. WPC flooring has waterproof surface layer with a moisture-resistant core — suitable for most rooms including moderate moisture areas

Shipping starts at just $250 and may vary based on your order size. We ensure your products reach you safely!

How should I maintain and care for my wood floors?
Maintenance depends on the flooring type. For all hard flooring, sweep or vacuum regularly to remove grit and debris, and damp mop weekly with a pH-neutral cleaner. Do your products have any sustainability certifications?
Yes. All Portofino flooring products are FloorScore certified and CARB2 compliant. SPC vinyl and engineered hardwood are also Greenguard Gold certified — one of the most rigorous indoor air quality standards available. Details at portofinoflooring.com/pages/greenguard-gold-certified.
